Abstract
Aiming at low model accuracy of Stereo Light Microscope (SLM) based micro stereo vision system, this paper analyzes the correlation between the structure of the two optical channels and the measured point in SLM based on weak disparity micro stereo vision model. The effect of the system parameters on measurement error is researched to improve the measurement accuracy of micro stereo vision system. According to simulation results, optimal value of structural parameters can be supplied while the error is small. This offers enough theoretical bases to improve the measurement system accuracy.
