Abstract :
We report on results of the stabilization of a distributed feedback (DFB) laser diode to Doppler-free saturated absorption lines of acetylene /sup 13/C/sub 2/H/sub 2/ using an external build-up cavity. A FM-spectroscopic method is utilized to obtain signals with reduced sensitivity to frequency fluctuations between the laser and the cavity.
