Abstract :
This paper deals with the development and the study of novel QHE resistance standards of expected values as low as R/sub K//200. We report first results of measurement obtained on devices made of 100 Hall bars placed in parallel by triple connections. The good agreement of the Hall resistance with the nominal value at a level of one part in 10/sup 8/ proves the high potential of these structures as future standards for material resistor calibration, international comparisons and self bridge calibrations.
