    This paper discusses the processing method of survey data at intersection in Wuhan City, and analyze traffic flow characteristics at intersection on base of actual survey data. According to the traffic flow characteristics such as the spatial distribution of traffic volume, time distribution of traffic volume, the traffic flow stability, the traffic flow directional volume, the headway and the traffic composition, we can get the current traffic situation at intersection in Wuhan City, which provides a basis for the planning,designing and management of intersection in Wuhan City.
