Database design of urban land prices and intensive use

This paper firstly studies the stratification and organization of the urban land prices and intensive use data, in order to design data model based on Geodatabase for the city land use and intensive use; Secondly, designs a four in one database structure for basic information database, analysis and evaluation databases, information release databases and meta-databases; finally, studies the database establishment methods, and establishes the urban land price and intensive use database for Zhengzhou City.
