Research on the formation and identification of IT project financial costs

The purpose of financial evaluation is to determine the financial feasibility of IT project, and financial costs are the core to financial evaluation. Therefore, correct identification of financial costs is the foundation to ensure the validity for evaluation results. This paper analyses the importance of the financial costs identification and introduces the meaning and characteristics of IT project financial costs. On this basis, the paper analyses the basic principles of financial costs identification. It emphatically researches the identification of IT project financial costs combined with the characteristics of IT project and put forward the formation of IT project financial costs.
