Abstract
The Information Retrieval involves the development of computer systems for the storage and retrieval of textual information. In this paper we present an information retrieval system based on prioritized fuzzy information and triangular uninorms, for dealing with such a problem. The advantage of this method with respect to related works is the use of the fuzzy prioritized weighting information facilitates the expression of information needs and the ability of trade off between criteria with different priority levels, triangular uninorms are used to deal with the criteria priority in the process.
