Reform and exploration of electrical and electronic practice teaching center for local college

For the needs of engineering talent for country and the characteristics of personnel training for local colleges, with its own teaching conditions of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology, electrical and electronic practice teaching center has made effective reform and exploration in practice of teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods and means and so on.
