Abstract
The paper analyses the factors of influencing the engineering quality in each stage in a system view, points out the reasons of the engineering quality´s accident. Then it puts the gray system theory into engineering quality analysis and determines the primary and secondary relations between the factors of influencing the engineering quality. At last, puts forward different quality control measures according to different quality reasons, and this also establishes the theoretical foundation for quality control.
