Abstract
With the constant change of marketing condition, i.e., the variation of market share, shifting customer needs or supply channel et al. lead enterprise group to optimize their logistics system as needed. After the analysis of nowadays enterprise group\´s logistics characters such as the value chain integration, the integration of purchase & logistics management, the need for advanced logistics system to support its integration advantage as a whole. This paper put forward the concept of enterprises group\´s logistics mode based on structural holes. Its integrating logistics not only results in the shared resource, but also leads the entire group to harvest "recardian rents" through intra-group ties. Moreover, its operation is much more targeted and flexible under its networking organization structure and its networking arrangement of resources allocation.
