Abstract :
A picovoltmeter based on a DC SQUID has been developed for the direct comparison between Josephson standards (PROVOLT project). The experimental results show a excellent agreement with the theory. An equivalent noise of 0.7 pV//spl radic/Hz is achieved in the white noise region, which extends down to 10 mHz.
