Trilateral game analysis on supervision of PPP project corporation tender

Today, PPP is an important financing mode and gets more and more applications. As an important part, PPP project corporation tender is of great significance to the entire project´s success. This paper analyse the characteristic of PPP project corporation tender and it´s supervision. On the basis, introduce game theory to the this study, analyse the relationship between various participants in the tender process, establish regulatory compliance game model between the government and bidders and rent-seeking game model between the government and the executor, which provide a theoretical basis for government supervision in the bidding process. Accordingly, propose some targeted recommendations at last.
