Abstract :
In recent years, the competition between supermarkets is becoming increasingly fierce, and which urges all supermarkets to be constantly innovation in getting and maintaining their customers. In this paper, based on rough set data mining technology, the RFM model was applied to the classification of the supermarket customers, which provide decision support to enterprise marketing programs.
