Abstract :
The maximum efficiency use of industrial purpose equipment is an actual concern imposed by the necessity of increasing the productivity of all the equipment and reducing the energy consumption. Taking into account this trend, in the present paper, the authors try to determine the optimal control law of the positioning an open-loop servo system with static torque proportional to the speed so that the energy loss on the resistance is a minimum. Based on the analysis on the optimal control law, they suggest a new structure of the servo system in the closed-loop: the required reference equal to the optimal control law, bi-directional converter, and the reaction upon speed. By numerical simulation, they verify the accuracy and the servo systems results in the suggested structure.
