The Realization of the Performance Estimation System on AIS SOTDMA Algorithm

In this paper, an SOTDMA algorithm which is a core technique of AIS was developed ahead of developing AIS which is suggested as a measure to solve the problem of frequent ship collision accident at sea and a performance estimation simulator based on the AIS technology recommendation, was also developed to examine the algorithm in the environment which is similar to the reality. And the verification on the algorithm and the simulator was conducted by the international standard.
