Abstract :
A tunable DFB laser array integrated with Mach-Zehnder modulators for 44.6Gbps DQPSK transmitter was developed. Wavelength tuning range over 40nm and 44.6Gbps DQPSK modulation with a low driving voltage of 3V were successfully demonstrated.
