Abstract
As some problems exists in C language programming intelligent scoring technology, like its intelligence is poor and its determine is not accurately. A new method based on semantic similarity score is designed. The static combed with dynaic semantic understanding are used in it, so the score are more humane, more close to the results of manual scoring, also the determination accuracy is improved.
