Design and Development of Land Resources Management Information System for Shihezi, China

Use of land resources changes rapidly in China. Difficulties and problems in managing land resources are various, such as unnecessary repeatability, low use efficiency, slow data updating and long cycle. A major reason for this is data sharing. To build land resources management information system and to make its functions practical are very important. In this study, we investigated rules of building land resources management information system, and presented methods and framework of design and realization.
