Abstract :
As a leading company of the hotel industry, five-star hotel embodies the world´s most advanced standards in every respect, it can be said that all the details are very important for a five-star hotel manager, there are different operating concepts in the management of Chinese and five-star hotels abroad under different cultural backgrounds, which causes the differences in business ideas, service standards, brand building, and which determines the differences in management mode between Chinese and five-star hotel abroad. So HRM is always a worthwhile exploring problem, which is the most important, variable and difficult to grasp. However what kind of HRM model should be China´s needs? and what are the implications that Chinese can get from the foreign well-known five-star hotel group´s human resources management model? To solve these problems, this paper proposes constructive suggestions of China´s five-star hotel human resources management, based on the comparison of the model features of five-star hotel abroad human resources management, the present situation of China´s five-star hotel human resources management and drawing on foreign scientific management methods and management experience.
