The Study on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Enterprise´s Core Competence Based on Knowledge Capital

The enterprise´s core competence is one of the key factors which affects whether an enterprise succeeds or not. So, it is important to evaluate enterprise´s core competence. First, this paper establishes the enterprise´s core competence model based on the knowledge capital theory. Second, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise´s core competence based on this model. Third, the paper determines the weights of the indexes by AHP, and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise´s core competence using the fuzzy mathematics theory. Finally, with an example, the paper calculates the core competence of the enterprise using this model. This study helps the enterprise to strength its core competence.
