  • Abstract
    Application of dye-doped polymer optical fiber used for conversion of the pulse coherent in the incoherent radiation for the creation of the illuminator to the microscope is described. The technical requirements to the fiber are determined. The manufacturing technology of the fiber and the experimental setup are describes. Experimentally measured the contrast speckles. The images of microscopic moving particles are present.
