Abstract
Supply chain, of which value-added management is a key to the whole value chain management, is an important part of the external value chain of the construction enterprise. Therefore, the future competition will mainly be presented as supply chain competition. Facing the problems and defects of the supply chain in current construction fields, this paper introduces several information sharing modes, combined with the value adding process of supply chain, analyzes the supply chain value adding based on information sharing. And further set up a supply chain optimization model of the construction enterprises. Through empirical analysis, we compare the benefits gained by construction enterprises before and after the application of the model, thus conclude that the optimization model would significantly improve the supply chain management.
