Abstract
Internet economy brings about great changes in environment, thus new problems need to be answered and supported by new theories. In this essay, the related academic viewpoints are reviewed through analysis of current research findings in domestic and abroad range; basic features of Internet economy are further discussed, which is: from division to high cooperation, from circuitous economy to direct economy, high infiltration and self-aggrandizement etc. Hypothetical presupposition and technique path are given. Also, theoretical study model is built. Finally, it is concluded that cross-study of different subjects is conducive to make up for the deficiency on the theoretical study of consumer demand based on Internet economy.
