Abstract :
Useful techniques and features included in NEWFASANT computer tool are described. NEWFASANT is parallelized for multiprocessors/GPUs computers and can treat metallic, dielectric and magnetic material. The tool includes its own Graphical User Interface, Geometrical Editor, parallelized multilevel meshers for surfaces and volumes, visualizations features and parameter optimization features. The code permits analysis and design of Radar Cross Section (RCS), Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR), RCS maps, antennas, antennas interaction with platforms, periodic structures and Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS), microstrip circuits, Doppler effects, radomes and radio propagation channel parameters.
