Abstract
Mobile e-commerce is a second-generation e-commerce. Due to its convenience and ubiquity, M-Commerce has great social and economic benefits and market prospects. No matter whether from the angle of development of production or from the needs, the mobile e-commerce shows great potential. E-Commerce, not a romance, is developing into a huge market. The industry reform aims to break the barrier of traditional monopolistic industry chain, recreate and optimize a new value chain, and eventually enable businesses to win long-lasting competitiveness.
