  • Abstract
    The code design is the key of maintenance distribution network topological structure in the spatial database. This paper has analyzed the characteristics of distribution network topological structure, discussed the problems of traditional level type code in describing power distribution network topology, and designed a new distribution network topology code based on GUID (global unique identifier). That code generates automatically by the system. It can build and maintain distribution network topology in the spatial database, realize various of Web search. Practical examples show that web search based on the code can be stable and efficient used in distribution network GIS computing and analysis.
