Abstract :
The channel estimation technique based on comb-type pilot arrangement, which is used in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system, is investigated in this paper. A modified algorithm is proposed to improve the second order interpolation here. Moreover, a novel interpolation algorithm is presented and the analysis and comparison results obtained through computer simulation show that the proposed interpolation algorithm provides better performance and lower complexity.
