Abstract :
The objective of this paper is to provide a set of guidelines that may be used in the application of statistical process control (SPC) methods. These techniques are directed towards the motor processing industry but may be used in other applications. There are three main SPC topics, capability studies, control charts, and gage R&R (repeatability and reproducibility). Each method is covered along with relevant examples showing their proper application
