Abstract :
Lattice matching is of great significance to the preparation and research of the composite material. Using genetic algorithm (GA), we investigate the lattice matching of the composite structure. The most stable matching of silicon carbide (SiC) and graphene is gotten by using molecular dynamics calculations for example. The results show that the genetic algorithm give an efficient approach than conventional structure optimization method in searching best matched lattice.
