Abstract :
This paper analyzes the meaning of independent innovation capability, and then an evaluation index system consisting of four aspects is designed. Using fuzzy theory, fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix is established based on triangular fuzzy numbers, then the alpha-cut concept to deal with the imprecision are put forward, fuzzy weight is analyzes based on geometric mean, and integration of fuzzy weight are made using center-of-gravity techniques, fuzzy evaluation based on alpha-cut for independent innovation capability is put forward, and the index priority are made. At last, the application of this method in the independent innovation capability is inquired with a practical example.
