Abstract
Scheduling in distributed production is a challenging task and the design of a scheduling system is often a key issue for the efficiency of a plant automation system. This paper proposes a scheduling strategy for distributed production based on the MetaMorph clustering and cloning concept and applied to the PABADIS´PROMISE production control architecture.
