  • Abstract
    This report presents a review of millimeter-wave circuits and MIIC techniques. Millimeter-wave is attractive for multimedia communication which needs high speed data transmission. In this paper, recent millimeter-wave amplifier, oscillator and mixer MMICa are described. Cost reduction is the most important subject for the practical use of the millimeter-wave. One of the solution is the multi-functional MMIC.
