  • Abstract
The research constructs theoretical model of staff´s turnover intention based on organization commitment and work stress. In this paper, 378 staffs in hotels in Yangtze River Delta cities are adopted as the trail samples. The result shows that career development and intercommunication tend to become the primary factor to influence staff turnover intention while organization commitment and work stress have significant relationship with staff turnover intention. The staff turnover rate would be low if the hotel can help the staff to improve career development expectation, build smooth communicating channels, enhance organization commitment, and reduce work stress.
