Abstract :
Target threat assessment is a critical problem in operational situation awareness and assistant decision making. Drawing from the visual attention mechanism, a target threat assessment model is proposed in the paper. Frist, the threat level exponential system of velocity, orientation and operational ability of the target is built. The threat saliency of the velocity, orientation and operational ability is calculated by the entropy model. The integrated threat saliency of the target is obtained by the normalization method. The threat sequencing of all targets in the operational situation picture is calculated for assistant decision making of the command and control system. The validity and rationality of the method is validated by the experiments.
