    Developed a novel model named dynamic neural network model for the risk evaluation of an investment project. The fundamental identification of weight was given based on Triangle Fuzzy Number and Analytical Hierarchy Process (TFN-AHP), through combining the weight with dynamic decision group, a formula of dynamic normalized weight vector was established by Clustering, and the final weight vector of every factors of was given by the formula; A more useful risk evaluation model based on dynamic neural network was proposed through utilizing the BP neural network and mapping the parameters into the neural network. The conclusion by simulation said that it can more effectively deal with the problems of the weight changes during the evaluation for an investment project.
