Abstract :
The paper discusses relations between so called Interpretation Space (IS), Sign Model (SM) and their Connection. The principal importance has the process of the Interpretation that assigns the semantic contents (in IS) to signs and sign formation (from SM). The fact that the interpretation mapping from lower to higher level of IS is non constructible induces the situation of "bottom-up emergence” and it appears in most discoveries of new solutions of engineering problems. The paper proposes new method how to avoid this principal obstacle. The method is illustrated by example from a real monitoring system.
