Abstract :
How to improve repatriation adjustment has became an increasing important issue for multinational corporations, based on analyzing reasons for the failure of repatriation, this paper establishes a theoretical framework of repatriation adjustment. It suggests company should adopt different management according to different types of expatriation; government should play its role as legislation, supervisal, intercession and arbitration.
