Abstract :
Organ printing technology and equipment is integrated innovation of mechanical, control, materials, biological field, which is key development of advanced forming technology in the future. This paper introduce the forming technology of organ printing principle and the performance of the forming device, including motor system, material injection system, cooling system and ultraviolet disinfection components, it provides sterile and clean forming environment for printing experiment. The realization of the organ printing forming technology not only widened the area of manufacturing, but also puts forward new biology and manufacturing technology problem, it can be developed into comprehensive course of biological medicine, advanced manufacturing, tissue engineering, promote the development of biomedicine, integrate biological medicine and advanced manufacturing technology.
