Abstract :
Superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic surfaces have beenfabricated by various methods for years. However it haddifficulties to fabricate large or 3 dimensional superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic surfaces due to limitation offabrication process. Here we report a new fabrication processof superhydrophilc/superhydrophobic surfaces usinganodizing and HDFS coating. With this fabrication process, large scale and 3 dimensional superhydrophilic/superhydrophobicsurfaces can be easily fabricated. Contact anglemeasurement and surface structures study were carried out toexpress these surfaces.
