Abstract :
In this article, according to the actual working condition of key friction-pair of numerical control 8000 mm radial-axial direction rolling ring machine, optimization design of the lubricating system was researched. Reasonable lubrication technology schemes were proposed for main transmission box, guide rail, rollers, satisfied the request of heavy load, variable load and high temperature. After system experiments, special lubricants used for numerical control 8000 mm radial-axial direction rolling ring machine were developed.
