Abstract :
In the changeable environment, obtaining external resources through cooperation has been an important resource of competitive advantage of enterprises. Strategic alliances are the vital organizational models used to seek competitive advantages through enterprises. In this paper, the Game Theory Approach was used to study the reasons of the formation, problems and countermeasures of strategic alliances.
