Abstract :
At present, under the circumstance that the levels of customer demand for product/services are increasing improved and their demand types have diversity and individuality increasingly, the problem which should be primarily concerned by product/services suppliers is how to meet customer willingness for different product/services from various aspects. In this regard, the product/services evaluation from consumer is a measure standard of product/services quality strengths and weaknesses and is also the decisive factors to measure the operating performance and development potential of the product/services suppliers. Different from the traditional evaluation angles and means to product/services, a comprehensive evaluation index system based on consumer psychological preferences of product/services by analyzing the psychological preference factors of customer consumption is set up in this paper, and which emphasize and highlight the importance of the affective response indexes, the purchase interest and intention indexes as well as the subjective overall evaluation indexes in the evaluation of product/services based on consumer psychology. Then, a comprehensive evaluation method is put forward to accomplish the evaluation task based on considering the relations between the consumer psychological preferences and the traditional evaluation indexes. At last, the reasonable analysis by using a calculation example is given.
