Abstract
Dynamic interactive multimedia scenes (DIMS) is the 3GPP technical specification for a rich media system on constrained networks and devices. In this paper, we present a solution to the issues related to rich media service for TV broadcast session. We propose an architecture of a rich media system based DIMS, and describe the detailed modules of the server and client side. Then, a primary realization comply with this architecture is provided. Finally, we study a case called TV voting service for verifying that our solution is efficient.
