Abstract :
For evaluating the problems of reorganization efficiency of an enterprise group, an input-output efficiency analysis table of a group is provided by comparing with some reference samples, and some methods are given based on this table, such as how to analyzing the overall efficiency and find the inefficient reasons of a group, how to improve the group efficiency. Then, a non-parametric approach for evaluating reorganization efficiency of a group is given by comparing with some reference samples. At last, these methods are applied to the reorganization of a state-owned enterprise in China.
