  • Abstract
    For reducing the resource wasting on the logistics park construction, we established a model researching on the construction sequence of the logistics park, with the theory of entropy-weight got the power weight of each target. By establishing this model, the optimal construction sequence is derived, and the multiple targets decision making promble could be better addressed. A numerical example is used to demonstrate that this method could solve the actual plan and construction promble, and could propose some opinions for the urban planning and logistics park planning.
