Abstract :
A novel, 20-GHz-band lossless combiner/divider with a size of mere 0.8 × 0.7 mm and a coupling gain of 1 dB is presented. This miniature circuit function component comprises the first combination of Line-Unified-FET (LUFET) and three-dimensional (3D) MMIC structures, and is suitable as an MMIC function module for application to such operations as dividing, filtering, oscillating, and so on.
