Abstract
We use the combination of the digital holographic interference and electron microscopy methods for study of 3D morphology of blood erythrocytes of rats that took water with high concentrations of heavy metal salts for a month. The obtained results show essential morphological changes of blood erythrocytes in experimental group of animals, increase of the quantity of transformed and degenerative erythrocytes, decrease of the average diameter of normal erythrocytes, transformations of shapes of normal erythrocytes in the direction of sphericity coefficients increase.
