  • Abstract
    In the paper, POEM platform and NCL language are introduced. Then the main functions, operation logic and development steps of POL supply scheduling optimization system based on POEM platform are designed. At last, POEM VRP model for POL supply scheduling optimization is designed and the POEM using mode of POL supply scheduling optimization system is discussed.
