Abstract :
Some sensors´ signal is a single-frequency sinusoid immersed in noises, which consist of additive noise and multiplicative noise. Rapid frequency estimation is important in the industry field. In this paper, various algorithms of frequency domain are compared, the Rife spectrum estimation algorithm based on the phase criterion is proposed. It can satisfy precision requirement of spectrum estimation and almost not increase calculating times.
