Abstract :
Feature extraction methods are widely used in the object detection procedure. In this paper, improved Histograms of Oriented Gradients features are used to represent the edge information of images. In order to track in real-time, we use background subtraction detection with Histograms of Oriented Gradients, which achieves the required accuracy and satisfies real-time demand.
